We helped another “entreprofessional” start a business today!
I’m excited to welcome our latest entreprofessionals, creative partners in an animated video production company. As they put it, they “make videos, called nutshells , that explain products, services, and ideas to everyday people”. Check them out at www.planetnutshell.com. We formed their LLC, obtained the EIN for the company and set up the Operating Agreement among the partners and prepared our other forms of business contracts.
