Our latest entreprofessionals were designing t-shirts and selling them out of the trunk of their car.  They came to UpstartLegal.com when they decided to brand a line of cycling gear and start selling it online.  We set up their venture as a business, i.e., we formed an LLC to enter contracts and run the website, provided the operating agreement between the partners, and provided forms of contractor agreement (for use with their web designers, among others) and an NDA to protect their confidential information until launch.  All the best with the new business!
