We helped a photo restoration business get started today!
Excited to work with a new team of entreprofessionals/entrepreneurs! These guys run a photo scanning and editing service that restores and digitizes old photos. You dig into the pile of pictures in that moldy box in your basement, and they render them into beautiful digital images. We helped by organizing their limited liability company and preparing an operating among the 4 partners, as well as providing the other agreements in our package. Best of luck on the new venture!
